• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Instalment payments are not accepted.

5. Product Characteristics

• Measurement Deviations: Rugs may shrink after piece dyeing or washing processes. Variations of +/- 3% in dimensions are normal.
• Edge Rippling: Due to the piece dyeing and/or washing process of our rugs, there may be rippling along the edges. To minimize this rippling, you can press along the edges with a cylindrical object.
• Slippage: Use non-slip adhesive tape or a mat underneath to prevent slipping.

6. 1-Year Guarantee

• Rugs are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
• If issues occur, contact support with photos and descriptions. We will determine whether to offer a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

• NK HOME is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
• Liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to NK HOME.
